1 older items got mixed into the kit over the years by the store owner/employees or 2 they reissued some signs for years..... CONDITION--has a new appearance, likely unused, excellent with some creases this is a one sided paper sign this chain of stores is immortalized in the John Mellencamp song Jack and Diane......
